Return & Refund Policy

One-of-a-kind antiques, vintage items, furniture, lighting, art, and other unique merchandise are final sale. Please review all photos, descriptions, measurements, and condition information carefully before purchasing. Normal signs of age, wear, variations in color, patina, and craftsmanship are part of the character of antique and vintage items and are not grounds for return.

Eligible non-antique merchandise may be returned within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending any item back; we will provide return instructions.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged or is materially not as described, contact us promptly at sarah@fickleinternational.com with your order number and photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Sale items, gift cards, special orders, personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, and one-of-a-kind antiques are not eligible for return.
